Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, tags, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
